As the vital global distribution partner, PERSOWN Connect is anchoring this new model for community-level care. We work directly with in-country organizations to equip and support our network of Community Medical Technicians (CMTs). These CMTs operate as locally embedded healthcare entrepreneurs, empowered by the PERSOWN practice management platform.
The core of this partnership involves integrating TriageLogic’s evidence-based AI triage protocols directly into our digital platform. This integration ensures that CMTs, even in low-resource communities, can safely assess symptoms, ask the right questions, and determine the most appropriate next step for every patient. By embedding TriageLogic’s clinical intelligence, PERSOWN Connect is enabling the delivery of safer, more consistent, and affordable technology-enabled care to families where they are.
This initiative is already set for its first major deployment in Tanzania, with plans to scale to over 1,200 frontline health workers by 2026. This collaboration sets a new standard for accessible care, paving the way for long-term health and economic stability in these communities.
