DevOps/Platform Engineer
Role responsibilities: Automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, high-level Kubernetes planning and implementation.
- Building tools to automate repeated tasks.
- Writing IaC to define the architecture of services.
- Building pipelines to automate testing and deployment of code/infrastructure.
- Integrating new services into our ecosystem.
- Working with Dev teams to establish and implement needs.
- Enforcing best practices around container networking, security, and resource management.
- Managing cluster lifecycle (provisioning, upgrades, patching)
Preferred Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or build/release engineering role.
- Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub actions).
- Familiarity with container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (ELK, Splunk, Datadog).
- Proficiencyin at least one scripting language (Python, Bash) and comfortable working with Git.
- Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production, staging, or development environments.
- Security-conscious mindset and familiarity with DevSecOps concepts.
- Knowledge of common data privacy rules (HIPAA, DCMA, GDPR, etc.)
Site Reliability Engineer
Role responsibilities: realiability, uptime, observability, and incident response.
Operational concerns:
- Monitoring application health and responding to faults.
- Working with dev teams to perform deployments safely and securely.
- Monitoring and managing application lifecycle.
- First line incident response.
- Building dashboards for easy visualization of problems.
- Identifying and creating new alert criteria.
- Automating repetitive tasks to reduce “toil” (scripts, runbooks, self-healing mechanisms).
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience in software/system engineering).
- 2-5 years of experience in site reliability Engineering, DevOps, or System Engineering role.
- Proiciency in scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and IaC (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).
- Strong background in monitoring, alerting, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Hands-on with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Comfortable with incident management, on-call responsibilities, and post-incident analysis.
- Willingness to champion reliability best practices (SLOs, error budgets) and continuously reduce operational toil.
DevSecOps Engineer
Role responsibilities:
- Security across the entire CI/CD lifecycle, from code to container cluster.
- Implementing container security best practices (e.g., image scanning, vulnerability patches).
- Managing secrets (Vault, KMS) and RBAC policies in Kubernetes.
- Introducing security checks into pipelines (SAST/DAST, compliance scanning).
- Conducting threat modeling, pen tests, and ensuring regulatory compliance as needed.
- Performing Chaos Engineering tests.
Prefered Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or System Engineering role.
- Background in DevOps or SRE, with demonstrated experience in integrating security at every stage of the SDLC.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on with vulnerability scanning tools for static code analysis, container scanning, and dependency checks (e.g., Snyk, SonarQube).
- Experience implementing secrets management solutions and enforcing secure authentication/authorization patterns.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (PCI, GDPR, etc) as they apply to infrastructure and code.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) to automate security tasks, create integrations, and handle infrastructure-as-code.
Public Health Business Development Executive
Public Health Business Development Executive in developing countries plays a crucial role in expanding healthcare initiatives and improving public health outcomes. This position combines expertise in public health with business acumen to drive sustainable growth and impact in challenging environments. Immediate needs are in Brazil, Ghana, Nigeria and Tanzania.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new public health opportunities across developing countries.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to the unique challenges of emerging markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local healthcare providers, government agencies, NGOs, and international partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about regional health trends, needs, and competitive landscape.

We are seeking one or more qualified Chief Medical Officer roles with public health experience in developing countries to join our organization. In particular, we are seeking someone with specific working knowledge and experience in Brazil, Ghana, Tanzania and Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and country specific health knowledge and contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations and daily management of medical centers and hospitals
- Provide strategic direction for medical staff and establish healthcare delivery goals
- Ensure the highest standard of medical care through hiring, training, and management of healthcare professionals
- Implement and oversee health education and promotion programs
- Manage the interface between the medical unit and various stakeholders, including staff counselors, senior management, specialized agencies, and military physicians

Key Responsibilities:
