Change begins with education and training. We seek to partner with nursing education providers who have robust multi-lingual virtual training programs designed for Certified Medical Technicians (CMT). CMTs will be proficient in facilitating satcom telehealth sessions and coordinating delivery of prescribed medications, thus providing a complete care cycle for episodic acute and chronic care. We believe this sustainable care model will expand and grow into more advanced levels of education and training. This will create a continuously improving health infrastructure in villages, communities, and large towns where access to affordable care is limited or doesn’t exist.
Technology Change Agents
Our model is supported by partners who contribute to the CMT support ecosystem. A crucial element is access to telehealth video sessions with in-country clinicians to provide the CMT and patient expert consultation and advanced care decisions. Point-of-care vitals and tests combined with patient histories are processed using SAS Viya analytics and cloud services to create secure digital health records. PERSOWN Connect offers high-quality PERSonally OWNed health records with lifetime access to members served. As this population cloud dataset grows, care will improve further utilizing AI agents guiding CMTs deeper along evidenced-based care pathways.
Financing Change Agents
Our support framework establishes micro-capital financing resources to train, equip and support qualified CMT’s who are managed through the FMO – franchise management organization. Local candidates who qualify as CMTs will be provided all the necessary care resources including point-of-care devices, supplies, tablet with connectivity to support their business.
